We offer worldwide delivery, and UK (excl NI) delivery is free.
If you're making an international order and ordering online, the delivery costs will appear when you enter your delivery address. If you’re ordering internationally, via our 1-to-1 ordering service, we will tell you the delivery cost over the phone.
We aim to deliver within 14 days from purchase in the UK and within 21 days internationally. However this may vary depending on your country and the courier and from time to time, if an order is particularly demanding, or if we have a particularly large spike in orders, your order may take longer.
Our couriers, Fedex, will contact you once your order has been collected for delivery and keep you up to date with delivery times.
As all of our wallpaper is made to measure we can only provide refunds or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Your wallpaper will be securely packaged in a cardboard box. If for any reason you suspect that your order has been damaged in transit, please make sure to sign for the goods as being in a damaged condition. Please also check the condition of the product before you start installation, as we will not be able to provide refunds if you or a chosen professional has attempted to fit the wallpaper before you return it, for any reason.

In the instance of a defective or damaged product, we will pay for your return shipping costs. Please call us on +44 (0) 203 935 7090, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label or to arrange collection.
We are not able to offer exchange or refunds where there has been a measuring error. Some full 360 degree Arenarooms may not join perfectly at the final join, and the final size of an installed Arenaroom may not be exactly the same size as your measurements. This can be due to various reasons, including slight material expansion or contraction upon wetting, your measurements not being exactly correct and installation error. We are not able to offer an exchange or refunds under these circumstances. Please see our Terms of Service, that you will have agreed to at the time of purchasing.
